I’ve used Mann Island Services for the second time, most recently to purchase a vehicle for my son, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. On both occasions, the service was excellent, with clear communication and great rates. In particular, the support from Jeremy G was outstanding, clear, open, and honest throughout. I will definitely be using Mann Island’s services again in the future.
I had an issue with a used car purchased on PCP, and the dealership were very difficult to deal with. Thankfully, Mann Island Finance handled my right-to-reject quickly and professionally. David T provided outstanding customer service. His communication was clear, timely, and detailed. He made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. My issue was resolved within the 8 weeks. Would definitely use Mann Island again for car finance based on how this issue was handled.
On the 14th February 2022 I approache the MB in north London I have gave them 1000 up front. The car look good I drove to the gas station get some diesel I drove back home I then know there where problems with the car the somke started coming out I phone the MB company where I pick up the car they said no they won’t give my money back. Bought a car from Man Island and was never told about an engine remap, causing serious issues (EPC & misfire). They refused to resolve it fairly, forcing me to escalate to the Motor Ombudsman. Extremely disappointing and misleading service.
Bought two vans for my company today using finance set up my Sam Grey at Mann Island. Rates were better than elsewhere but more importantly the service was superb. I needed the finance in double quick time and we met with some hurdles which Sam overcame efficiently and whilst still making me feel totally at ease. He really went above and beyond. Will use for all needs moving forward.
