Disgrace of a company. Terminated my finance agreement with immediate effect. No call, no email - just a single confusing letter that they don't even understand themselves when I call up for an explanation. All because the log book is on my sister’s name and not mine. Poor of an excuse to terminate a £17000 agreement in 7 months.

Terrible finance company. So changed bank and mistakenly forgot to update details whivh is my fault yes however you wrecked my credit score due to my address not being updated and letters went elsewhere. I received no texts no emails no calls until after got 5 weeks it was due and went on my credit report. I have financed vans for the past 13 years and you are the worst of them all, I will never finance a vehicle ever with yourselfs.
