The optician Lili is sooo refreshing! She’s positive & knowledgeable her break down with helping out with glasses & info on it was detailed and she was so kind thank you! Also the front desk Ms Angie is always so nice & welcoming with a big smile Thank y’all again !
I had a great customer service experience here. Angie is wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even working pass her normal workday hours to do so. Mann Eye Institute -Bay City TX has a very pleasant atmosphere, I am extremely happy with the service I received and I do recommend this place.
