Wow! Very bad and expensive visit. I have used Mann Eye in the past and have been very happy. I used a Groupon last year and got two pair of glasses, a contact and eye exam. Transition lens $235. Great deal. This year with a bigger Groupon I only got an eye exam and no contact exam. One pair of glasses and paid 405. I also was passed off from one sales person to another. Attempted to overcharge me not knowing I understand my benefits fully. I recommend knowing what your insurance covers before going.
I purchase a $200.00 savings Groupon which brought me here. The total cost of my glasses was over &700.00 the eye exam was an additional $89.00. I had my glasses less the 5 days and the frames began falling apart. I took them back and they informed me they do not warranty the frames. Worst excuse of customer satisfaction. Do not buy glasses from here!!!
The service was quickly. I didn't have an appointment and the still took care of me. They have a lo t of glasses to choose from.
Great service, friendly, straightforward, and affordable! I enjoyed their vibes!
