Mann Eye Institute…. I’ve been coming to the Pearland location for a few years now… Even gone through a few new staff members but the customer service has been great with ALL that I’ve I encountered, the old staff and new. It felt really good when the Ophthalmologist remembered me. Sooo kind with a warm, In pleasant chair side service. Very good and professional doctor and excellent customer server from staff.
From being greeted to the customer service desk to the coffee bar, to the environment, to the optometrist was beyond what I expected. I am impressed and will make this my permanent choice for optic care.
