Great service, good communication most of the time. Had a few issues getting information from the right person but David was on point. Spent thousands of dollars at another merc dealer only to have them whipe there hands of the job with my mercruiser still not operational, but of course happy to take my money and wave me out the gate....mikes marine..cough cough. Such a helpful owner, even though he didn’t specialise in our boat type, still took the time to recommend a list of trades that could help us for each job.
Hi, just wanted to say the staff are so helpful and generous... we arrived earlie before opening time. They couldn't be any more helpful...They had thr part and then procedured to assist to fit it complimentry... Good people good service and treat customers with kindness...
