If you have to go to Lime Valley Rd. from 3rd Ave or vise versa. "Do not take Industrial Rd." I have been stopped by this train every time I have come down Industrial both directions.
The actual depot is North of Mankato on Industrial Road. Just an FYI: I took a walk along the Minnesota River just past Riverfront Hy-Vee to Highway 169. There is a path that brings you down the river. I went up a set of stairs walking along Highway 169 and the path brought me out to Riverfront Drive by Edward Jones. It was worth it. I got some amazing views.
