ridiculous company to deal with. 2 years or deliveries and not once have they been on time. Currently have been waiting 2.5 hours for my delivery that was suppose to be at 9am. They dont even call to say they are going to be late
I called in today to arrange a pick up for a small package and Dylan from support services took the call. He was the nicest phone agent I’ve chatted with so kind and patience over the phone. I really appreciate his amazing customer service.
