Terrible customer service! I had a really bad experience with this company. First, they kept me waiting for a long time with no explanation. Then the person in charge of orders was constantly yelling and had absolutely no respect for customers. The behavior was not only unprofessional but also inhumane. There is no excuse for someone to be this rude and aggressive. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect — raising your voice at customers is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Great and fast service. I had a bicycle shipped from Nanaimo, BC to the Manitoulin depot in Mississauga. It arrived in perfect condition in 4 days for a very reasonable price of $110. The bike was brought to my truck quickly. I have used Manitoulin to ship a motorcycle from Alberta before and received the same quick and affordable service.
I’ve been to Manitoulin Transport’s warehouse three times and every visit has been a bad experience. The shipping/receiving guy is extremely rude, always yelling at the older forklift driver for no reason. Show some respect at work—or leave the job. Also, they should keep 1–2 safety vests at the door. Not everyone driving in is a trucker carrying one. This is a big warehouse, but somehow they can’t manage to keep a couple of spare vests for visitors? Very disappointing
