I was stranded on the side of the rd up by Cadillac michigan due to flate tire. When one of there drivers (alex) stopped and asked if I needed anything. At this point I have been on side of highway for almost 3 hours. I would have been there all night if he wouldn't have stopped AND changed my tire. Nice to know humanity isn't completely gone.

Unfortunately they lost my order and took one week to locate and deliver with no compensation or an apology. The package was from Toronto to Sudbury delivered to depot. An appropriate response might have been to remove any charges and deliver at my residence. Not slamming Manitoulin as they are a local and successful company but we can always challenge ourselves to recognize when errors are made and address every customer as an individual and not a line on a ledger.
