I visited this place on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. This was my fifth time coming here, and it has always been a healing place for my family. However, this time was quite disappointing. On Christmas Day, the water was extremely dirty compared to previous visits. In addition, I wanted to take a quick shower at the shower area, but only cold water was available. A great pool to unwind
The hotel entrance outside needs an update! It is dirty, worn, with garbage and cigarette litter right outside the main doors, spilled beverages and a few cans rolling around. It really needs a fresh coat of paint everywhere, inside too and better cleaning standards.
Clean facility
Fabulous massage and manicure/pedicure service. The salt pools are a brilliant way to relax. Highly recommend.
