Rude and arrogant staff. Treat taxpayers like criminals. I think they need to be reminded that they are public servants and of whom pays thier salaries. Since I posted this review they've raised my property taxes twice. I wonder why?
Called for information from the Treasurer and she was prompt, efficient and very friendly.
I was absolutely delighted when the County treasurer took the time to actually phone me regarding an error I made on the payment of a liscense fee. She made the solution easy. This is so rare in this day of computerization .Thank you so much.
Staff answered my questions about a dig license right away with no waiting, she was polite, kind and very respectful!
Most awful experience buying a dog license I have never done business with such mean people. I was getting a license for a friend and I was treated like a criminal. I'm glad I live in Grand Traverse County.
