Reached out for help with a simple request for a mutual client. Instead of assistance, I was told they would no longer respond to emails. Very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expect from a supplier.
Charging me freight to send back material they messed up on, and also freight on sending what should have been sent the first time around... do not use this company. Now I have 3 freight charges when it should be 1. They don't know how to take responsibility for their error. They admitted that triple charging me makes no sense, but are doing it anyways. They just lost business from an entire store because of this. Go somewhere that cares, and takes care of customers. This company is not one of them.
