Had a great massage from Sandra. She targeted the muscles that were aching and I walked out feeling better and more relaxed

I arrived for my booked massage on time but the door was not opened for the 15 minutes I waited there after knocking several times EDIT after response from owner. I arrived on time for my appointment not early and waited 15 minutes after my appointment was meant to begin. It's very disappointing that you cannot take accountability of your mistakes and instead seem to blame the client in each of your bad reviews that often highlight the same experience of you not bothering to show up to appointments.
