Frustrated. Purchased a facial on Groupon, booked the appt 2 weeks in advance clearly mentioning i bought it on Groupon. Only to get a call less than 2 hrs before the appointment saying “we stopped accepting groupons April 1st” and recommended I come and pay double for their signature facial. It’s a beautiful Friday afternoon and this completely messed up my afternoon. As a good business operator, I would honour the Groupon as a mistake on my end. All the best to this place.
