I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a massage and drove over an hour to the appointment, only for the provider to not show up. When I arrived and tried calling her multiple times, I was completely ignored. Strangely, when my friend called from a different number, she picked up right away. Afterward, I found out that this isn’t the first time — others have had similar experiences with her not showing up for appointments.
