Tom Manion was handling one of my families estates. The correspondence I have had from him and his staff has been very unprofessional. He sent out a letter and my sisters name was spelt wrong and my address was wrong, which in the end he ended up sending a check to an address I have not lived at for over 2 years. I would have thought he would have called or made sure that the addresses that were listed were correct.
