I bought a waist trainer and loved it! I’ve had waist trainers before that would not quite stay in place during my workout and throw off my entire workout vibe. I really like my waist trainer! The quality of this waist trainer is amazing! Although I can tell that I am wearing it, I don’t feel uncomfortable with it on during the day. Previous waist trainers that I owned made me feel like I couldn’t breathe. Also, wearing it to workout is very helpful! I highly recommend this product!
