I have been to this place few times before and it was ok. But last week I had the worse experience ever. I booked appointment for a Xmas design nails - 5 designs. Paid $150 I am attaching photo what I got. I called next day and asked if I can come on Sunday to have 3 out of 5 designs fixed as I was not happy with a product. Booked appointment on Sunday at 2.30pm. When I arrived, they did not have my booking, asked me to come back at 3pm. When I came back, they said they don't have time and offered me $12 refund.
