Very rude and unprofessional behaviour by Patrick, firstly very slow to respond and never answers the call. Been more than 20 days since my salvage car had to be picked up but very poor experience with the company and the person. Unprofessional in the sense that the tow truck didn’t even came to my house but still wants money for it. Just crazy

Brisbane Cashier, who was with RED HAIR YOU WILL NOT MISS HER MS. TARA who is very aggressive behaviour, rude way of responding. She need a seat closer to the paying counter. She don't want to walk to the gladd window to process the payment. Having chip and snak on the table. Hopefully she has a lunch room or staff room. This kind if Attitude is very poor way of customer service. Hopefully she is the manager 's favourite that's why she is allowed to do anything she like
