Robin Baez or Robin Pace has been ignoring me for years, email after email, visit attempt after visit attempt. She allows illegal subletting / subleasing, and does not care about her tenants. She is a disappointment of an executive director and should be relieved of her position with Manhatten Valley. Her property managers are no better, they do nothing to manage the properties. Look at the review rating, do you know how bad you have to be to have a 2.4? God does not like ugly, and he never forgets.
I would like to take the time out to give an appreciative honest review on Joanna O… of Manhattan Valley! she’s a phenomenal asset to the Manhattan Valley team! Her work ethic consistency speaks volumes! She is the only dedicated employee in my opinion, that gets the job done! She needs to be one of the property managers period! Oh, may you never encounter this company. If I could give this company no stars, I would. (Warning long comment) I have been living in NYC my whole life, have NEVER since such dereliction of duty. This cooperation robs its tenants of their money, time, and energy. Tenants have made various complaints over the years (one tenant has a binder filled with complaint files dating back to the early 90s) and have STILL seen no changes. I am the wife of a deceased employee. My husband had an affair with one of the employees and had a baby. The company allowed my husband to receive his retirement benefits without my signature knowing that we were not together, yet we were still married until his death. The basement they allowed us to stay in has gotten an eviction order for my son to be removed from the apartment. The order states that the landlord was not aware of his death until August of 2021.
