I recently had a session with Roma O'Hara, at the Manhattan Hypnosis office, for weight reduction. I was hesitant about doing hypnosis at first but I am glad I decided to do it. Roma made me feel very comfortable with her calming voice and the session itself is very relaxing. Many people have noticed my weight loss - it really works. Thank you Roma! My job is coming to an end and I found myself to be more stressful and was short tempered. Michael made me understand what I was going to be undergoing and I found it really works. I was not as stressed and was more tolerant. I will be returning as my circumstances regarding my job continues.
