Working with Sarah and the team on a difficult issue. They have been understanding and working diligently to resolve a damaged component that is out of stock. Working with this manufacturer that cares and thinks about a customer has restored my faith in the process. I may not get my part but I believe this company will do their best & I believe will do great things if you give them a chance.
Absolutely, 5+++ Stars for Manhattan Comfort, Inc and Sarah F specifically. I received a damaged dresser that was not caused by them but happened during shipping. After reaching out to them and reviewing the pictures that I took, Sarah told me that they would be sending a new dresser to me.
