I ordered a cabinet that had a missing part. Sarah (customer service) was quick to respond to my needs and shipped the part ASAP. Great service.
My wife purchased two tall cabinets, two smaller wall mount upper cabinets and two smaller roller cabinets as a retirement present in Dec. 2021. Set them up in the garage in our new home. They worked great until one of the smaller rolling cabinets middle drawer experienced a roller bearing issue making it very hard to open and close on one side.
