I am beyond irate right now. I have had a great experience with this bank up until today. I went in to restrict use of my debit card to the point that it could only be used at an ATM. Well i went to the ATM this morning and my card is declined. It would have been nice to receive a phone call informing me of the fact that i cant use my card at an ATM. Its Memorial Day weekend. This is bogus.

Manhattan Bank has been great to us! Tyler and Brad made the construction loan and mortgage process smooth and easy! Their great communication and support during a stressful process was SO appreciated! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at a bank! Channy at the front desk has a major chip on her shoulder and has some kind of fake power complex. If it wasn't for a client banking there, I'd never deal with them again.
