Unethical and Greedy Mangum is an ambulance chaser. He is more than willing to take your money, a high retainer. He tells you what you want to hear. After you give him the retainer, he does almost nothing to help you other than go through the court procedures. His track record is paltry. He loses many more cases than he wins, and he told me after I gave him the money. He took my case even though he knew that I couldn't win.
