We have been using Mango Voice months before opening our doors years ago. We can not imagine there being any other better way. It allows us to always be “open” where we can answer and make calls remotely via our practice number. The support team was helpful in the beginning, and fortunately, we haven’t had to reach out to support since, too!
We’ve (Evergreen Dental Co.) had the pleasure of using Mango for the past 3 years and we have to say - our experience has been amazing! Truly! Every year, it keeps getting better and better. Our favorite features are the ability for it to sync with our software and being able to know who the patients are before we even have to ask them, and being able to forward calls to our cell phones if the internet is down. Working with Mango was one of the best decisions we could’ve made!
My dental office has used Mango Voice for years. Service is easy to use, many features and helpful support. Best thing is once you set it up (with help of course) you hardly have to think about it again. Its that easy.
Best phone system we have had in our office. Great customer service.
Best phone service. Fully integrated with our Curve software. Number pop is best thing, saves a lot of time. Definitely recommend it.
