Have been using this service for the longest time. Hands down the best
Tech support is just trash. 40 plus minutes through 3 different communications outlets with no response.
Very disappointed with Mango Voice service. The phone system and mobile app have not been working properly, and we are losing many phone calls and business because of it. What is even more frustrating is that the support team has been unreachable for the past week. Nobody answers the phone, responds to messages, or provides any updates. Having problems with app and unable to use service. Unable to contact anyone as phone number is a fast busy signal and then hangs up. Email on goes to sales to set up a demo. No customer service at all. Your response is unacceptable. If you publish phone numbers to contact your company, the phone numbers should be working phone numbers. I finally received notice via email that apparently Mango now mandates each user have their own separate email on file with the update.
