Excellent customer service! Showroom/store is beautiful and the warehouse is HUGE! So many wonderful options. Unique pieces, solid heavy furniture and customizable which is a great option. It’s on the higher end of cost, but well worth it. You get what you pay for, great product.
I would caution anyone from purchasing something from Mango Furniture. We had an awful experience with this company, not just due to the defective sectional couch we purchased (as confirmed by a professional cleaner), but also because of the appalling customer service we received. The representative, Kimberly, demonstrated unprofessional behavior throughout. She was dismissive, rude, and failed to follow through on her commitments. I ordered a beautiful dining room table from this store, it arrived to my house with a massive crack (as pictured) so we immediately called the owner of the store and were told, and I quote, “it’s not my problem.” …claiming that it left the warehouse in perfect condition (unknown if it did or not) and after that point it becomes the customers “problem.” Ended up having to rely on the shipping company to do the right thing and replace the table. Very poor customer service experience.
