My wife and I are in the market for a sectional couch, a chair, and side tables for our living room. We went to the Mango retail store several times and the warehouse once. We were misled on future display models and when we went back to the retail store - we were essentially told the order was cancelled - then we were rudely DISMISSED! Furniture shopping can be stressful for me because I don’t feel super confident in picking out items that will look great together. I don’t want to end up with something I don’t like. Excellent customer service! Showroom/store is beautiful and the warehouse is HUGE! So many wonderful options. Unique pieces, solid heavy furniture and customizable which is a great option. It’s on the higher end of cost, but well worth it. You get what you pay for, great product.
I would caution anyone from purchasing something from Mango Furniture. We had an awful experience with this company, not just due to the defective sectional couch we purchased (as confirmed by a professional cleaner), but also because of the appalling customer service we received. The representative, Kimberly, demonstrated unprofessional behavior throughout. She was dismissive, rude, and failed to follow through on her commitments.
