I had a great experience at the Soho store
I rarely comment on retail locations but I was quite pleased with this MANGO location. There was a gentleman (I wish I grabbed his name) who basically offered me concierge service…I didn’t lift a finger for a size and walked up to the register with nothing in my hand as everything was waiting for me. As someone who loves to shop this is not always the experience at other stores of which I will not name “ARAZ” (I will provide a word scrabble however).
Amazing staff and really helpful. They really helped me with all the sizes and were very patient.
I just want to take a minute to say how absolutely delightful and kind the team was today when I went in to shop. Lots of genuinely friendly and helpful interactions with multiple employees, but especially Milli. Y’all are doing an excellent job and your friendliness is appreciated!
Omg, two representatives at this store were very helpful and turned my shitty day upside down by being so accommodating and kind when it came to trying to find an outfit for a special event coming up. Katherine and Yinesky/Jewelsky (I'm so sorry, if I spelled the names wrong) were the best equipped and so patient with me with the requests that I made. It's wonderful people like them why I love shopping in SoHo! Thank you so much!
