I did a big return here and later realized the refunded amount was almost $200 lower than it should be. I went back to the store a few days later and the manager claimed that she didn’t accept the return of those items and that she gave the items back to me. Really bad customer service. I think sometimes people have an off day so one interaction with a store shouldn't determine your entire review but anytime I've passed by here they always have a bad attitude and barely help. If you don't want to be here don't be, but don't make strangers have to deal with your problems we all have stuff going on too. Sometimes I've had nice workers but usually they all give most customers attitude as if it's our fault they work there.

I walked in at 7:54 PM. Soon as I walked in an employee asked, what time is it are we closed like excuse me you saw me just walked in and you’re gonna ask that to your coworker? do better! I did not know they closed at 8 PM since all the other stores close at 9 PM. I was getting nasty looks the from a skinny dark woman with braids. Shirt I bought had a hole in it hidden on the side, I attempted to return it within the 30-day return period and was denied as the tag was not attached. Ridiculous.
