Absolutely the best way when it comes to phones! I had an issue with the audio and the tier 2 team was kind, respectful, efficient, and empathetic. They went the extra mile to work with our IT to resolve the issues on our router that were impacting the phones. They were very transparent through the entire process and always available to answer questions or concerns I had! Couldn’t recommend more!
