Mangen & Associates failed to deduct the mandated amount by the state of Ohio to the State Teacher Retirement System for seven pay periods. Their mistake caused teachers to owe money to the STRS. Not one person from the company had the decency to contact the school or the teachers to make us aware of the situation. As if it was not enough, they began to also deduct an additional amount out of our paychecks to pay the balance accumulated because of their mismanagement; again, without communicating with us.
