I placed an order in April for $51. The order is indicated as processing and payment has been deducted from my account. I have emailed this company as well as communicated via their "contact us" link and no one has gotten back to me. This lack of customer service and theft is unacceptable. I want a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - SCAM!!! I LOVE Mangé's vinegars, however I placed a large order in March ($84) which I never received (has not shipped per their website) but was charged for. I have written many emails, tried to contacting them via phone, but never received a reply or refund. Very upsetting and sad to see this company not being managed. Mangé if you read this, please correct your wrongdoing and REFUND me.
I got a lemon vinegar and one of their shrub sodas. Haven't tried cooking with the vinegar yet but the drink was delicious!
