Calls the night before then the same day to confirm appt. At 8am but call me at 6am to literally cancel it with no notification at 7:59am never again I missed my doctor appt cuz of them wish I can give a Zero.

This is the most unpleasant and unprofessional transportation company I have ever used. I was riding with a patient due to the patient having a seizure disorder. I was covered by patient insurance and he refused to pick me up.
If you have an appointment you will be late twice the delivering me to my appointment an hour late that's not good that's not good at all. And they do not supply the vehicles that you request of them sad service. Additionally you call them and you get tones and they cut you off not very good company.
