I had hired them years back for a service for my significant other at the time. Years later i get a welcoming letter with my name and my address on it (new address) and when i tried contacting them about it to recieve information about what was going on, they were rude! Would not give me any information. Nor did the attorney at least give me a proper professional response. Wouldnt even see me! and receptionist seemed out of it completly no empathy!
