Mandy provided an excellent, thorough massage that addressed my problem areas. She will adjust the pressure to your comfort threshold - just let her know if it's too firm or too soft. Highly recommended and I will definitely return for more body work as needed. Facility at her Canmore location was first class.
I had a 90 minute massage from Mandy 2 weeks ago now, and I still feel amazing! As a practitioner myself, I hold quite a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. Mandy completely customized my treatment to my specific needs! I haven't felt this grounded and relaxed in months! Her professionalism, technique, and kind energy are all part of her natural gifts as a massage therapist and nutritionist. I cannot recommend Mandy enough!
