Booked more than a week in advance to get my headliner in my BA Falcon done. Made it very clear that the car has a sunroof and was told it can be done and was given a quote. Drove over an hour in the morning and had to take a day off work. When presenting the car a worker told me they’re not sure if they can do the sun roof panel (not much point if they can’t).
