First off they have the most beautiful teak cutting boards! My hubby bought me one for Christmas and it started to split abit.....I contacted them and within a week I had a replacement board as mine couldn't be fixed! They were hugely apologetic and said it's the first time that's happened. I'm so impressed by the customer service there's not enough I can say!
