We go the chance to work with Mandi as we were the videographers for a wedding - she is excellent to work with, such a lovely person and her poses works incredibly well for us videographers!
We had a wonderful experience with Mandi! She was great at communicating throughout the planning process and was always available to answer questions or chat over the phone. Even though we had a small, intimate wedding, she put so much care into capturing our day. She also gave us great posing tips, which made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We're so happy with our photos and would highly recommend Mandi!
We had Mandi photograph our wedding; she got plenty beautiful photos of the two of us from our day. She was very kind, looking at details and accommodating. Our sneak peek consisted of over 30 photos, and our full gallery came back quicker than expected! The one thing I wish I would have had more of was family photos, I would recommend giving a photo list that way you for sure get all of the photos you want. Mandi saved my photo shoot, exceeding expectations. She did 2 shoots for Brick & Vow, my elopement business: branding at her studio and a second outdoor location on a rooftop downtown, scheduled for golden hour. The weather for the outdoor shoot was miserable: gray, drizzling and the models were shivering from the wet and cold. I had low hopes there would be much to work with. We were very disappointed with communication, attention to what we said we wanted during the interview, and overall professionalism when dealing with Mandi. Particularly her response to our disappointment was met with a comment about how her work was affected by limitations imposed by the fact that I (the Bride) am in a wheelchair. Additionally Mandi got to keep our almost $800 deposit although we were soooo unsatisfied and took more than a month to repay us the additional payment made toward the wedding shoot.
