We were very disappointed with communication, attention to what we said we wanted during the interview, and overall professionalism when dealing with Mandi. Particularly her response to our disappointment was met with a comment about how her work was affected by limitations imposed by the fact that I (the Bride) am in a wheelchair. Additionally Mandi got to keep our almost $800 deposit although we were soooo unsatisfied and took more than a month to repay us the additional payment made toward the wedding shoot. We seriously can’t thank Mandi enough for the amazing job she did on our wedding day! From the very beginning, she made everything feel easy and fun, and she helped us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera (which is no small thing!). Even though we had a small paper wedding, Mandi made the day feel truly special. She has such a warm presence and an incredible eye for detail. The photos she captured are absolutely beautiful—natural, emotional, and exactly what we hoped for. We love every shot and are so grateful for the care she put into our day. We’re already looking forward to working with her again in the future!
Mandi is absolutely amazing! I have never seen a photographer be so involved in a wedding, from getting ready to breaking it down on the dance floor to get all the perfect photos of the party She stood in the rain for hours just to capture the perfect moments! I can’t recommend her enough and we’re so happy to have had her be apart of our special day🫶
