I had an incredible massage with Nzinza! She absolutely gets 5 stars in my book! She is adept at finding your trouble spots and working through them while still keeping you relaxed. Amazing! I will ask for her the next time I go!
Overcharged me, then made it very difficult to fix. Then tried to short me on the number of items. Took more than 40 minutes to fix their error!! Then finally fixed and handed me my bag - still with fewer items than paid for!!! Same products had different prices. Very dishonest place!!!
I had a massage treatment from Nzinza. It was one of the best massage I’ve ever had. She was very strong and extremely thorough. She found all my trouble spots and treated it. If you’re coming to Waikaloa, and is looking for a great spa, go to Mandara Spa at the Waikaloa Beach Resort and ask for Nzinza for a massage. You will not regret it.
