Terrible experience with their rep Colby Selph, not keeping his word
Didn't pay out detention that was rightfully owed. Do not recommend booking your trucks with them.
Their accounting is the worst. You can't call and talk to anyone only an option to leave a voicemail. When you email they barely respond, no signature or phone number to know who you're talking too. We're still awaiting payments from loads that ran in February. They were paying well before they switched to factoring. Would not recommend this company. I had to stop my drivers from running their loads.
I have worked with Samantha Smith for some time now , she is very quick to get back with you on emails and always on point. Wanting to help in anyway. I appreciate all she does for us here a Vanhorn Trucking
