I purchased an item on eBay from the shop. It never arrived. I had no notifications from eBay, the seller, Aupost, txts, emails or anything in the letter box. It had been at the PO and sent back. Now I have done this for 20 years on eBay and I know what the procedures are. I contacted the seller who is blaming me! and refusing to resend. No apologies no offer to resend no refund offered. I was helped throughout the whole buying journey, and what’s better than all of this, is the quality of the products. I bought Renee Taylor and other popular brands at a low price, I even got a discount at the end, they even have a instagram account which they post all their discounts.
