Very helpful and informative and friendly staff
Merchandise quality is a mixed bag which is no reflection on the staff (2stars) who have always been attentive and courteous to deal with. Management will have to get back on track if they want to maintain their well earned reputation. A partly unstitched pillowcase plus two badly sewn doona sets of mean proportions will have to be replaced by me - today. Not good enough!
