Rudest customer service ever!!!!! tried to not provide 149.80 product, making it extremely hard to get it then even harder to get a refund. in mid sentence when l was trying to get the email address he from HEAD OFFICE hung up, claiming it didn't exist and l said l had a bank transaction receipt. RUDE!! Believe me or not BUT you have been warned.
