Good service
I went to try a range of cargo bikes at Manchester Bikes. After a very detailed discussion of the relative merits of each and test ride of several, I bought a Tern GSD there around 3 years ago. I was informed of accessories which would be useful and those which would not - ie not just selling me things to get the most money out of me. This was a great buyer experience with friendly and knowledgable staff and fantastic follow up for any snags and additional parts. Would highly recommend.
