Joel's been treating me for shoulder tendonitis and impingement for about 3 years. Over the years I have seen many physical therapists for this problem. Many times pain and fatigue in one part of the shoulder migrates from the actual cause. Joel finds the offending muscle(s) and works them to allow spasm release and healing. My insurance covers physical therapy but not massage therapy. When my shoulder acts up, I'll go see Joel and gladly pay out of pocket for quick and effective treatment without a lot of BS.
