I've never previously had any issues going to this location, I appreciate their selection and usually their staff is extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately my most recent visit was not as pleasant as the girl at the counter (a "gothic" individual of whom I wasn't able to obtain a name from) was not only extremely rude when asking for identification (which was a first for me at this store but I complied). Super expensive! tights were 10-$20+ whereas they retail for 11.95 at home. All of the lingerie was minimum $30 as well. This avid lingerie collector was very disappointed. Everything is behind glass cases and it felt like the staff only spoke to us to make sure we weren't stealing. No thanks 😭
A ‘no backpacks allowed’ policy in a city like this is unreasonable. I visited fully intending to purchase higher-end items and spend time browsing, but was effectively turned away before even being greeted simply because I carry a backpack. This policy felt judgmental and cost the store a sale.
