Daniel and his team are exceptional. I received his name through the people at Savant and he called me maybe 3 minutes after the email introduction was sent. Having not had ANY luck previously with other Savant dealers in the NYC metro area, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Communication was immediate, and the team exceeded my expectations from first contact through to completion on-site at my house. I will never go elsewhere for A/V needs in the tri-state area. Call these guys. You will not be disappointed.
Daniel was helpful in diagnosing some of my issues over FaceTime before even sending a technician and Matt who came and did the work was wonderful. Clearly knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that helped me make informed decisions about solutions to my electrical and a/v issues. Would definitely recommend.
