Simon bacon did my paterniy case. He got the Judge to order the ex do a dna test, which she did not do. Simon then used that to convince the judge to stop my child support. Stoked!
I was owed $27G in child support arrears by my daughters father. That amount had been set by CSA. CSA told me because the debt was 5 years old the father could do nothing about reducing it. CSA told me they would recover the $ and that the case was a 'slam dunk'. Manby and Scott lawyers though took me to court and somehow manipulated the process to reduce the arrears to $zero. The father got off without paying a cent. Manby and Scott are a bunch of grubs. The lawyer who did the case was Simon Bacon.

Simon was the standout - academically well qualified and plenty of experience with child support cases.
