First off, I am a 68-year-old disabled male. I recently moved and received a suspension letter that would take effect on the 27th. I went to the Desoto branch yesterday seeking a miracle since it is only by appointment. Upon entering the branch, I was greeted by a female named Anabel. She saw my physical limitations and upon explaining my desperate situation, she instantly granted me an appointment, easing my stressful situation.
