Had an appointment for a blood draw and all was on time and went well. The phlebotomist is very friendly and professional

No he tenido mala atención con los doctores en las citas....pero el personal de registro al llegar es: poco profesional y sin ética, deben evaluar y dar seguimiento a la capacitación de estos porque si no están actos para trabajar con atención al público DEBEN SER REMPLAZADOS y buscar un empleo donde no sea con publico. Llame y al pedir atencion en español sin decir NADA me ponen a espera para luego colgar la llamada, o simplemente me cuelgan....este tipo de groseria deja mucho que desear y compromete a los demas profesional... read more
