I had an awesomely positive experience with Manasquan Bike Shop. We were new renters in the area and had just bought e-bikes online, and unfortunately one wasn't charging properly. We brought the bike into the shop, and within an hour Tyler had diagnosed the problem with the battery (it was malfunctioning so we needed to contact the manufacturer). I went to Manasquan Bike shop today for the first time and after leaving it I know I will be back for any type of difficulties or to buy a new bike, Tyler was outstanding extremely knowledgeable, professional, and willing to listen. I highly recommend this bike shop I highly recommend Tyler in the area of E bikes in particular but overall I would highly recommend to anyone who’s interested in an E bike or a regular bike to purchase and get repairs here.
Best, easiest experience buying a bike ever! I researched online bike/bike seats for my husband and baby and it felt extremely overwhelming (as someone who has always bought cheap throw away bikes over the years). Thankfully, I went to Manasquan bike shop and left purchasing 2 new bikes and a bike seat for my baby. Aside from being super genuine, Tyler was so knowledgeable, explained each bike, and helped me choose the best fit.
