Not a great experience .Wanted 2 replacement zip ties. Got the wrong size and then made a comment "He's not gonna pay for them anyways". Was told to go to Ace Hardware, which I have to bike across busy roads to get to. The other guy said I could get two replacement zip ties. Apparently he died which is a shame because he was always helpful. Sad because I bought my original bike from this bike shop.
Fixed my e-bike hub motor in 20 min
The Manasquan Bike Shop is the perfect store for the shore. Tyler was so friendly when we entered the store . He quickly adjusted our bikes and we were able to enjoy our day.
We had a wonderful experience at this bike shop! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we found exactly what we needed, and provided efficient service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a local business that truly cares about its customers. We will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality bikes and excellent customer service!
My son’s ebike kept getting a flat tire and the brakes were not working. I couldn’t get it into my car and where we purchased it from, didn’t have pick up. I called Manasquan Bikes and Tyler was so incredibly kind! Not only did he accommodate us, he picked his ebike up the next day ( Saturday) and had it ready Sunday morning. The service was awesome! We will absolutely be back for any bike problems going forward!
