Amanda has been doing our families taxes for 8 years. Before this year we were always satisfied with her services. Our tax return is simple and takes maybe 20 minutes to complete. This year without any notice or communication the fee for doing our taxes jumped 40% !! There were absolutely no changes or anything additional to do so we were confused why we were charged 40 % more. We'd have no problem with 10%-20% increase but 40% is ridiculous !
