I LIVE for the infrared saunas! I have a lot of health conditions that take a toll on my body. The saunas have helped so much with chronic pain, muscles tension, stress, and dysregulation. The staff is awesome and so helpful with any questions you may have. I have tried all their equipment and it feels great when you leave. I would recommend this to anyone that has pain as I do. The heat feels great also. I would recommend this to anyone
I use the infrared sauna at Mana Wellness every week, and it’s easily a 10/10 experience. I genuinely enjoy it, feel the benefits, and leave feeling great every single time, which is why I keep coming back. The service is excellent, the environment is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are truly wonderful. They clearly care about their clients and how they run their business. This is something everyone should try!
I was apprehensive at first on this technique. But everybody that works at Manna was fantastic. Thoroughly explained everything, walked me through all the procedures. Help me with my diet and getting it on track. I did end up saying some really good results in my last scan. It gives me the motivation to keep going forward and coming back. I would highly recommend Manor wellness for anyone who wants to improve themselves, get healthier and fix what's broken
