Mana Physical Therapy has been nothing short of amazing for my pelvic floor. Dr. Alexis had truly made a difference during my pregnancy and postpartum journey! I highly recommend!
In April 2026 I had my Prostate removed. Before that surgery, I had about two months to prepare. My surgeon referred me to Alexis English at PT Mana for my pre and post-surgery recovery therapy. She was awesome! With her guidance and coaching, I was fully recovered by week 8. I will be forever thankful that my surgeon sent me her way.
Alexis is Amazing, I have learned so much & feel so much better, she is so wonderful, patient & kind, if you need this type of therapy, this is definitely the place
